Look at the weapon skins he is using. Using the Epic skins.
Some would consider this minor, in reality I too see it as minor as it doesn't give you a advantage. However if you know the process involved to get this skin and/or what program used to get them - you will then realize why it is worthy of a ban.

The pixelated skins. Think the censor you see on people's faces in a episode of "Cops". Majority of the skin is that with some parts that are solid and team colored. Rest is transparent with that effect in its place.
