Why not let it protect you? That would be ALOT more fun. That way, instead of blood marks, and splotches on the armor, cuts, and scrapes, and bullet holes on the armor or nothing at all.

It would be pretty cool to see the armor actually deteriorate, but I can live without it.

It would be cool if they had the armour get shredded as bullets hit it but not protect you.

^this is a good idea. However, if the armor would actually protect you, everyone would play as classic characters, carmines, and therons. This is supposed to be a level playing field, armor would get in the way of that
