Agent how can you tell this is a high poly mesh?.... couldn't be a low poly with great baked textures?

It doesnt look like *that* many polys, but I dont know if I could call it low poly. It's definitely awesome looking.
I've passed the poly limit before on a skel mesh and its pretty high. If I had to guess (and I am gonna) I'd say its moderate amount of polys arranged optimally, smoothed over, w/ prolly a full set of maps. I really like it I've been staring at it for quite a while.

could you let us know how many polys it is, leviatan :) I'm curious now.

It may have been imported piece by piece? I'm convinced there is a fair amount of polys. Not HIGH but like you said not Low.

I keep staring at it as well. :D
