Dubai Unreal University schedule/info?

Hi guys,

Anyone going to the Dubai Unreal University sessions? Does anyone have any more info about it (sessions, session times, etc)? I've been checking the venue website for function information but the Game Expo (which is where the sessions will be taking place) isn't on their schedule of events.

Yeah it's kind of strange considering it's supposed to be on in 2 days... Only info I can find is on the Dubai World Game Expo site, which is just an overview of the UDK, no info on session times or anything else.

I gave the expo people a call because I just couldn't find any schedule info anywhere... if anyone is interested, the game expo is open from 2pm tomorrow (Friday) until 9pm to the public and the Unreal University lectures are starting around 2pm - 2:30pm. entry is 10Aed (about 3 USD). The schedule for Saturday is 10am - 8pm.

I am not sure what the lecture schedule is... anyone know if it's similar stuff to Montreal. I guess Ill find out when I get there tomorrow. Im hoping they will go over some of the new stuff in the November build (ie Scalefiorm 4 :) ) as well as some AI...

Just wanted to say a big thankyou to Solid Snake (James) and the Epic team for running the lectures at the Dubai Game Expo over the last couple of days.

Very informative sessions and James is a great guy, answered all the questions I had and was keen to help run me through a few things in the program in between lectures too.

My fiance also won the gaming PC they were giving away!!! :) Now we are set for making some awesome games :)
It was a fantastic experience which has both of us pumped up to create games with the UDK... thanks again guys, hope you do some more public sessions here next year!
