Sorry if this has been asked before, but some of my mutators are not unlocking. The only ones I have unlocked are big head, and I forgot the name but the no ammo pickup. When I look at how to get each some of the progress bars seem locked. for example the instagib which is killing 200 wretches is only at 3. and I have played the campaign through several times as well as horde. Anyone else having these issues??
