Multiplayer Issues

Hello game designers at epic games, i have a problem. About last Friday i was playing a game of BOOOOOOOM SNIPES and i was a level 39, about to be a level 40 and when the match finish i was hoping to be a level 40 and be one gear event away from the golden gear. So after the match i was waiting for the rank progress bar to pop up and when it popped up it said that i was a level 4. So i just thought it was a glitch in the system an i turned off my XBOX and turned it back on. And when I turned it back on level stayed at a level 4.
So I called microsoft and they recovered my account and nothing happened, so the technician said that epic games was probably preforming maintenance and they have switched to a temporary server to preform maintenance. Then he said that when epic games switched back to the regular servers that my data didn't transfer. So he told me to contact you on your forums to get this problem resolved.
Please help me with this conflict.

Level 39 isn't even that high of a level. Just work your way back up.

That's a terrible answer FourteenGrain. I understand your rationalization but i mean Lukewarm earned those levels. I hope Epic responds and helps you. I know if you look through past threads there is some talk on what to do if your levels have been reset.
