Not necessarily. I've had matches where all of the human players die easily, but bots will sometimes sponge multiple point blank shots before dying. I have a pretty good connection too(about 20 down, 2 up).

I've seen this as well. Last time i checked was 54 down 8 up.

I just always assume the bots run a "casual damage" setting where I have to gib them twice. As soon as a play joins the room, my gnasher goes back to normal. So yeah, I just assume that.
