WTF Ribbons?

Its been a couple of days and my ribbons haven updated i got like 15 mvp's but in my ribbons i got 8? wtf, and also its says that i got new ribbon on top (!) but i got none?

It always says I have new ribbons even when I don't

If I recall correctly, the new ribbon thing is meant to show the Golden Wings Week ribbon and the Torque Bow Tag ribbon if you got them, but they don't have spaces in the ribbons tab, so you can't select them to un-new them.
