Savage Theron Unlock

So a friend and I just finished beast mode insane and I didn't unlock the savage theron am I supposed to actually finish it on hardcore, normal, and casual or is it that I restarted the wave to much time?

To unlock the savage theron you need to beat it on insane without failing.
