Launch Skin Set Fake Skin

On the picture for any of the "Launch Collection Skin Set" there is a skin all of the way to the left that doesn't exist. If it does exist what is it called?

Is it the animated skin called "Pulse"? Just my guess. Here are pics of all the skins.
