Chrome lancer won't unlock

I got the "Don't hate the player" achievement in gears of war 1 so i could unlock the chrome lancer but when i went to check to see if i had it, it wasn't there, anyone else have this problem and is there any way to fix this? i would be a great help

Give it time i got a chevy from GoW1 PC yesterday and it only unlocked today

they only check for achievements once per day. so wait one day and you should get it.
