Howto unlock insta gib?

requirement: kill 200 wretches

i keep killing them in arcade campaign and the meter isnt filling up. am i doing something wrong?

This is a Beast mode thing. You have to play as the wretch, and kill 200 people with it. It is "200 wretch kills" not "kill 200 wretches."
