"Chapter Select" goes to the "Load" option instead of "Chapter Select"

So... how do I just chapter select? My autosave is all the way back at Act 1 Chapter 4 for some reason, when I've actually cleared up to Act 5 Chapter 2 on Co-op.

Also, sometimes when I join a co-op game and go in, it lets me choose my difficulty. Other times it just goes with what I had set before. Is there something I'm supposed to press to ALWAYS pick my difficulty before it lets the host begin loading?

When you go to Chapter Select you first have to pick a save slot (there is 3 you can choose from) - if they've all been used, selecting one will prompt you on whether you want to overwrite it or not. This page where you pick the slot to save your "chapter select" to looks the same as the load a saved game screen. After selecting a save slot, you can then select any chapter you would like to begin playing.

I pick it and it just loads the autosave, and it's weird because, like I said, I am WAY beyond Act 1 Chapter 4.
