This was a problem when Gears 2 first came out. In Execution, when a player dies you're supposed to go to the "dead room", where you can hear and talk to other dead players, from either team. And, the players still alive on your team can't hear you. This prevents dead players from using the ghost cam to help their still alive teammates, and makes the dead room a hilarious place as you talk smack and watch the remaining players duke it out. This makes Execution what it is as far as I'm concerned. It was fixed in one of the first title updates in Gears 2. Please fix this, even if it's only implemented for private matches.
Throwing everyone on the same audio channel after each round would be great too, regardless of mode. As of now it is only done at the end of the match.
