My Adam Fenix code doesn't work!

Can anyone help here?

I bought the Japanese GOW3 limited edition version today and it has an Adam Fenix download code inside. When I enter the code, I receive the message:

有効なご利用コードを入力してください。

Which basically means the code is not valid. I have checked, double checked and triple checked but I can't get it to work.

Does anyone know if I am doing something wrong? I have tried direct input into the xbox360 AND redeeming through xbox.com

Are you reading the code off of the piece of paper packaged with the game? Or the code engraved onto the back of the COG Medal itself?

The code on the sheet doesn't work for me either, but that's just a 48 hour trail i think.

The code on the medal is what you need to redeem to unlock Adam Fenix.

I had the same problem. Turns out I didn't look hard enough at the medal :)

On the back of the medal? Seems a daft place to hide it.... I'll try that!
