THREAD TITLE EDIT: "DLC characters are not available." I reviewed the post but not the title it would seem.
My friend's DLC characters and skins won't load for him but they do work for me. I'm wondering if it's an XBL/Server error or something on our side.
Rundown if the situation: Last night, my buddy and I recovered our profiles on his new LE Console. He put his Adam Fenix, Infected Omen, and Commando Dom codes in and then I downloaded the Season Pass. We both got to use each other's skins while playing together and everything was fine. He did change characters prior to me signing in, so he could use them by himself then.
He booted it up today and he didn't have either of our DLC. He signed in and out, went to the dashboard, rebooted console, deleted and then downloaded the DLC again... and still none of it will load. Now, If I signed in alone or with him, I got to use them all and then he did as well.
The issue started happening this morning and hasn't corrected itself. The only things that changed since the initial play through were that he installed the game to the HDD and I transferred my Beta data from the flash drive.
(P.S. The codes were downloaded on his profile. They weren't downloaded on mine by mistake.)
