Gears 3 rank reset-- Moderators AND Admins PLEASE LOOK AND HELP !!!!!

Hey well my gears of war rank alone was reset from 18 to 0 and nothing else , know ive started playing again and am 13 and was wondering whether i can get my 18 levels back on top of my 13 ( what i mean is lets say from 0-18 is 10,000 xp i lost that xp right so can i get that xp back ) because my leaderboard stats were not reset and it was only the rank itself so you could see what level i should be through the leaderboards and how much xp i have all up , i contacted microsoft and they said that everything is saved on the epic games server and to see what they could do because we have no control of this.

for me, sort of. my brother signed out, and his friend signed in. my rank reset after that.

My Rank reset from 52 to 1, i already know i cant get it back, and i know that EPIC games won't set it back, so can anybody please tell me a way to rank up faster, im going to go pro and get up to atleast 40 in 2 weeks. i' going to target certain areas somedays, like this week, im getting my
executions back in a day. so i would love to have advise
