Didn't recieve infected omen weapon code

I pre-ordered the gears 3 epic edition and recieved it yesterday. I did not recieve the infected omen weapon skin pack as advertised. I can prove i actually purchased it.

its on your metal cog medal in ypur limited edition... its engraved in the metal back of the medal... you need to look real close to it to find the code....

I had the same look in your case where the cd was there are several sheets of paper on has a pic of adam with the infected weapon code, also it has a code for a two day gold pass. It is thin and was at the bottom for me upside down so i didn't notice it untill i looked hard. In the epic edition the cog is only for adam

The code on the COG is only for Adam Fenix.

The Infected Omen code is in the disc case behind the manual on an Xbox Live card. Should have 48 hour code on there as well.
