savage kantus disappearing

hi all
So I got this character with my amazon preorder. Redeemed it last night. Played with him as my character last night and this morning. now it is not selectable. Of note, I did play on 2 different consoles but the same xbox live account.
anyone else get this?
I tried reloading the xbox, etc.
