Need moderator help!! I didnt got my unlocks from beta

Hi everyone,

Here is my problem....

i have not received all of my beta unlocks, only the gold retro lancer but i was suppose to have coletrain, and other skins.....

here is what happend, when i was playing the BETA i had another console witch got the death ring.. so i had to buy another xbox (xbox360s) i also got a data transfer cable so i could trasnfer all the info including the Beta info saved on my old console....but when doing this it appear an error on the screen telling me this info CANT be trasnfer....so i was expecting yesterday to put my old HD on my brothers consolse expecting all unlockables will appear... but guess what nothing came... so i had to spend almons $80 dls to get bulletstorm and get the unlocks on beta and now i dont get nothing..... i will like a MOD to answer me what can i do?

i didnt get mine right away either... but i had a splitscreen signed in once she signed out it gave me all my beta unlocks... i dont know if that helps but its what happened to me

My case its diferent becasue i was the only one signin in, i cant believe lots of people are having this same issue and NOBODY from EPIC its answering or looking for a solution....

i played the Beta too and i have not the rewards except for the golden retro lancer :confused:

I'm not sure why you started another thread on this. Please post in one of the existing threads, there is no need for another one.

Also, to answer your question, you can't transfer the beta save you must "move" it. Put your old HDD onto another console, move the beta player data to a USB stick formatted for Xbox 360, and then move it from the USB stick to your new console.

All of my beta unlocks are working correctly. Oh - and also - stating that you spent $80 on Bulletstorm to get the beta unlocks really doesn't account for anything as that was your own choice, the beta was a bonus of Bulletstorm.

Dude wheres the emotion. There are those of us who werent so lucky to get everything. Your one of the lucky ones. I wish someone knew how to help and genuinely wanted to help. Obviously you, Epic, and Microsoft dont care.

I am having the same issue. I purchased the GoW xbox, I moved my gamer tag from my old slim hdd to a USB drive, then moved the gamertag to my new GoW xbox and I never got any of the achievements. my saved game file is still there. doesn't say corrupt. I got NONE of the beta achievments in gears 3. even tho I had all unlocked. So, ya. good times.

You do have to have the beta info file for it to work correctly. That would be why yours is glitched and is not giving you the proper unlocks. Epic has stated that without this file, your beta unlocks will not work properly, which seems to be the problem you are having. Without that file, you won't get your proper beta unlocks.

I bought the Epic edition Bullet Storm and worked hard to get all the unlocks.

Ill be absolutely disgusted if this isn’t being fixed or looked into especially after buying the Gears 360 bundle and loosing the date through corruption, which isn't my fault. Plus no where does it say you had to keep your data and I can quote Rod Fergusson as saying that you can delete you're save files and not be stressed out about it. The gold retro unlocked with out the data?

I'm not getting any help what so ever with them not unlocking! Epic have to do some thing about this it just seems that their ignoring it at the min, I mean I haven’t seen any posts, replies, tweets or anything?

Here's the jist of it, there should have been files, one was the beta game file, larger file and the other file is smaller in mb, the smaller file is what's needed to be able to get your unlocks, it's on your hard drive under games I believe, it was noted a billion times awhile ago to not delete this otherwise you wouldn't get the beta unlocks, I believe the game file was much larger and that didn't matter . I left all my gears beta files alone, so no issues here, Aslong as You have the file you should get the unlocks once you load up the game I did anyway, not sure if it has to be on the same system or if you can transfer it and do all this tricky stuff? So to clarify no file, no unlocks and there's noway epic can get that file for you! It was your responsibility to keep it safe, hope this helps! If you did what I did and it don't work, well, I couldn't tell you what the problem is!
