Character codes :(

Hello fellow Gearheads. My Limited Edition finally came in the mail yesterday, and I was more excited than I have been for a long time. However, when tried to input my Savage Kantus and Adam Fenix codes, my Xbox said the codes were invalid. Does anyone have any advice/words of encouragement/extra codes?

Maybe you didn't write them in correctly?

Maybe they can expire? But it would be stupid if it expired 23:59 on the same day it got released

Did you use the code off the back of the award for Adam Fenix? Might sound like dumb question but a bunch of people thought its was the code on the card (48 hour gold) and got mad about it for nothing.
Cant help with the Savage Kantus I'm afraid.

In my case the code for Adam fenix is in the back of the metal cog

I wrote down the code from the COG and my email on a separate sheet of paper, and then I input the codes later, so I probably just wrote them down wrong.
