Griffan Facebook code isn't working :(

So I was unlocking all of my codes awesome then when I came to unlock griffan by the Facebook code and it wasn't working and I'm not the only one me and both of my mates it isn't working for, can anyone give any help

"****ing noob!" has to be my favourite.

It doesn't matter that much if you can't use the code anyway, you can unlock him in game if it won't work.

I don't know if this is the issue you are having but here it goes:

I had previously entered my Griffin code and downloaded the associated file. At first when I loaded the game for the first time (after the title update) I went to the stats and awards page and tried to see if Griffin had unlocked. That menu did not show him unlocked for some reason. I assume because it requires the Medal from horde or whatnot. At first I was frustrated because I thought it didn't work. So I restarted the game and the same issue. BUT! I went to the Multiplayer Menu from the main options menu. Thats the place you can select your locust or Cog Character and Weapon Skins. Well Griffin showed up there and I was able to select him.

Don't know if that is the issue but at first I thought my FB code wasn't working too.
