Why only 3 rounds in Execution?! Please do something!! Epic PLZ respond

Hello Epic

I've been playing gears of war since the first one came out, and really loved the Execution game mode.. But somehow in gears 2, it was set to a maximum of 5 rounds in public & ranked - so it was a sadly goodbye to a long and competitive Executionmatch.

However... now... It is set to 3 rounds?? I really have a hard time understanding this modification !
Well me and my friends are really sad that this is the result of our yearlong relationship with gears.

If this is done to make it more easy to digest for the newcomers, then just let them have Team Deathmatch ?!

I will NOT be playing Team Deathmatch or Warzone - If i was into that i would rather be playing CoD or something..

Cant something be done to make a match at more than 3 rounds?? I know that every gearhead out there will agree with me

And BTW - Gears of War 3 is the nicest game i have ever played (since GoW 1 - nothing beats that)
Truly game of all times! (if you take my advice )

I think it was to make games shorter, Gears 2 execution matches can drag on for up to a half and hour. But then again I really don't care because I don't like execution.

There was nothing wrong with 5 rounds. Change it back Epic!

I would also like to see Execution and Warzone changed back to 5 rounds, seeing as how they weren't in the Beta because they were supposed to be "untouched" from Gears 2 to Gears 3.

Maybe if they had you pick between 3 - 5 or 8 round matches before you are matchmaking ? that would be awesome, then if you had plenty of time to play you could go for 8 rounds !
in GoW 1 i went for 12 - 15 or even 19 rounds (on "Raven Down")

EPIC - Dont kill your original gamemodes. This is why i play this game and allways have

Personally 8 rounds was the magic number in Gears 1

3 is killing Warzone/Ex for me atm. When I'm about to get into the game it ends. I spend more time in the MM screen than the damn game. It's rediculous and a completely stupid change.
