Anyone else have mixed feelings? I feel like it was done great, it was presented great, and the game was fantastic. However I still feel that sensation of wishing it had a little bit more to it than just this imulsion infection being the secret to the whole story. Also Dom dying was good and bad at the same time..I kind of wish he stuck around. Also brothers? Marcus and Dom are really brothers? When Marcus took his bandanna off he looked just like Dom, and also said in the story that he just lost his brother, I thought he was figuratively speaking, now I think Dom really was his brother. Also the Griffin part, I thought Griffin was going to come back into the story and he never did. What happened to him?

There were also things unanswered like where did the Locust really come from? We know how the Lambent thing works, but I thought we would find out how Locust came to exist, are they just another race or science experiments gone bad and multiply by thousands?

DUDE PUT SPOILER IN THE TITLE!!!

Yeah, bitter sweet here too, sad that this is the end, for many ways it's the end. But us Gearheads will live on forever.

Spoiler is in big red writing next to the title, I don't need to add another "spoiler" to the title.

Not brothers at all. Stated clearly in first book that Marcus was an only child. They probably look alike because neither has had a haircut in a year or so. Hope it helps. A lot of little cliff hangers... I'm still sad that carmine had only a two min. part

Ok, well, they aren't brothers and you are right, cliffhangers. They might have done that so that girl could keep making money on the books if someone wants to see what happens next.

Marcus treated Dom like a brother they where that close to each other, Hence why Marcus said I just lost my brother.

I also think we have not been told more cause more games based on Sera will be released.

Sire's are basically just the Locust-version of a Neanderthal.

This probably foreshadows that the COG somehow found Sires and were experimenting on them, probably somewhere around the Pendulum Wars though hadn't the slightest clue on just what the hell they were.

I'll be damned if Epic pulls the "lawl locust were made by humans" shtick.

Clay Carmine was in there for more than two minutes. He was with you pretty much most of time you played as Cole. But, his time in there was too short! Also, when Cliff said you were going to take over other characters during the campaign, I was thinking it would be more than just being Marcus, then Cole for a time, then back to Marcus for the rest of the game.

Campaign was very good as a game, but again, the story was completely lacking; just because key people die doesn't mean the story is amazing.

I honestly don't think Epic knew how to tie everything together from 2 (they could have; the game was long enough), and I feel like they forced the "emotions" a bit too hard in this. Other relationships were never fleshed out (Dom/Sam; Baird/Sam; Marcus/Anya; Adam/Myrrah), and there were far too many questions left unanswered.

I think One of the items in the limited edition (Adam Fenix's will) suggests that Dom's family would gain custody of Marcus in the event of his death, obviously thats an old will but maybe thats part of the whole 'Brother' thing.

To be fair, i was expecting the Locust to be human's that had been effected by Immulsion and sire's to be genetic's gone wrong.

I agree. I think Epic still doesn't have any clue where they were going with any of the stuff from any of the 3 games.
