Confused but hopefully can get some help

I've downloaded Commando Dom, Adam Fenix, the IO pack, and brought over all of my GoW2 Beta gears, and Griffin
However, none of the skins have unlocked period.
I checked the game memory under system settings and all of it is showing up there but not when I play
I bought the console version (my first) and I only transferred game data and profiles
Do I still need to do the license transfer for it to show up correctly or am I missing something else?

Try Dashboarding out of the game and go back into the game. Your unlocks should appear. Mine did after I did this.

I've done that several times already
Should I see my gamertag next to all the downloadables in the Memory section or should it just be blank?

It updates once per day, So it should check tomorrow and unlock them for you. However mine unlocked straight away after installing the update.
