Need help with adam fenix skin

Ok just opened my EE and my card that says Adam Fenix and 5 bonus weapon skins and 2-day gold pass seems to be missing the Adam Fenix code plz help epic. it only shows on the card the 2-day trail and weapon skins pack and i downloaded the weapons skins and i don't have my adam Fenix so can anyone tell me if i'm missing a code or what is going on i would really like to have all my DLC.

Calm down and read the card completely.
You will notice that the Adam Fenix Code is engraved on the Octus Medal.

I did the same thing and then felt ultra stupid since the directions are at the very top and say something like "For XBOX Live Members" lol.
