If it is lobbies, does anyone know the ping filter value? Is it less than gears 2?

i THINK he's asking if you get to choose lobbies based on connection strength like in Gears 1 or if the game does the choosing for you like in Gears 2, and if it's like Gears 2 what is the PING filter.

first, it's like Gears 2. Second, I don't know what the PING filter is.
