Way to unlock other preorder characters

Hey folks,

At one time EPIC stated that they were trying to give two ways to unlock various skins (like VG and playing GoW3 in first week of release would unlock the same stuff).

Does anyone know if there will be a way to unlock the preorder characters that one doesn't have. I'll have the GameStop one but would love to get the others but I don't know if I should give up on my hopes or not.

Despite Epic claiming that they hate people selling codes online, they're clearly supporting it with the pre-order skins. You can see in leaked videos that the pre-order skins are not unlockable in-game, and while they may eventually be released as DLC later on, it will have been far too late to stop people from selling the codes online.

The day one title update might add unlock methods for those skins, but I doubt it.

Not sure this is accurate. Since that MLG video showed "Big Rig Dizzy," I believe there will be a handful of hidden character unlocks and those might include the pre-order bonus characters.

Personally I think they will become DLC down the road.
On the other hand I have a question, when will someone receive their pre-order code from let's say Amazon or BestBuy in the e-mail?

he new MK release earlier this ear was the same way. All kinds of stuff had various 'klassic' skins, then 2 months later, they were ALL bundled together and released for $5. I feel sorry for the suckers that paid 470 for an Ermac costume on eBay...

I really want the MP skins, but I cant bring myself to pay that much for them. I bought a gold lancer from eBay for $60, but I also got a complete LE Gears 2 and a centaur tank in box. So I felt like I did ok...

They will probably sell them on live marketplace with the weapon skins at some point
