Does the Pulp Fiction style of the game (different persepctives) go through the entire game or just Act 1?

It happens at least once in Act 1 (like Cliff showed in the campaign previews), I think he said it happens more often as to give insight what other Gears were doing while you were chainsawing Wretches.
