Beta Unlocks Span Accounts?

I still have my Player Info on my Harddrive, but I got it on my other account.
I play on a different account and was wondering if my flaming weapons and Cole will carry over to my main account.

Beta unlocks are tied to your gamertag.

I believe you would have had to get it on your main account for them to be available on your main account
