Well you can go find their gamertags or just wait. It is a viral achievement and pretty soon most people will get it (you can get it by executing someone who has Lambency).

It's a viral achievement. Epic employees have it and then if a regular person kills them with a execution, they get it. Then if someone executes them, that person gets it. Then it goes on like a pandemic until everyone has it.

You can get Ribbons as much as you want. Medals comes in 4 flavors: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Onyx. You can only get the first 3 once, but once you get to Onyx, you can get it over and over again (But it takes a long time).

New gears players tend to start out on casual while veteran players will choose hardcore. The 50g is for both types of people completing the game on their first run - except that veteran players get 100 because of the stacking achievements :)

Medals: Earn them by doing something (like getting a kill with a certain weapon) a certain number of times. Then do it more for the next level of the medal. Hypothetical (not real):
500 kills w/ lancer = bronze
1000 kills w/ lancer = silver
2500 kills w/ lancer = gold
6000 kills w/ lancer = onyx

Ribbons are awarded in each round and there is no limit to how many you can earn (and yes, they're things like multikills or getting first blood, etc). Ribbons grant experience bonuses.

Yes it is the same Griffin. If you get him from Facebook, you can still "unlock" him in the game, meaning that even though you can choose him in MP, the war journal shows him as not unlocked. Yes I will be posting the ribbons soon. There are a LOT of them ;)

Hey, the numbers for the SOVEREIGN medal seem to be off.

25 is for bronze, but 100 is for silver, i don't know about gold or onyx as i have not progressed that far.

When you are in the city of char you have to make it to the stranded hideout without destroying an ash body.

don't wory if your ai break any bodies as long as you don't do it you are fine.

then once in the tower while walking to meet griffin there will be a woman inside a room with bars on the door and she will let you in and you can take some weapons.

The secret achievement is pretty easy. In act 4 when you start, Marcus mentions about how there are a bunch of ash people and that its the dead and he wants you to show your respect. The title is "Respect for the Dead" its worth 5G, and its pretty easy. You're on your way to meet up with Someone, I wont say who cuz im not sure if they say who before, but if you don't run through or shoot through any of the ash people then you get the achievement and access to secret weapons. Dont worry about the AI players, they are gonna shoot through them sometimes but it will NOT affect the achievement. If you need proof let me know I'll send you my GT so you can see that I have it unlocked.

The secret achievement is respect for the dead, you need to make it to griffin's tower without breaking any of the ash people, bots can break them and nothing will happen, but if a player breaks one, no achievement. Also if you played a previous gears game, you are automatically handed the Welcome to the big leagues achievement, I started up gears 3 for the first time and earned it before i even played anything because I played gears 1 and 2 before that.

Ditto. Private beast with an idle second controller will net you high roller at wave 5. Takes about 8 minutes on trenches.
It's just boring lol. Just like most onyx medals.

Dismantler will be the most tedious to grind though. I imagine just going berserker and running through everything in private matches will do the trick, or maybe just playing public as wild tickers and serepedes.

beast medals seem to be pretty easy, i only played a few times but just going from wave 1 to 12 doesn't get boring as much as horde does plus u rack of the kills so much, play solo and then as soon as u get the berserker go crazy

you can't chose to detonate it. What you have to do is stand next to a cog gear/stranded and have them kick/shoot u and u will explode and then the grenade inside of you will also explode and kill them. I've got this a few times without trying

With ADHD i get lost and confused flipping from medals, to ribbons, to mutators/weapon skins/characters, achievments, etc trying to figure out exactly what is needed for anythign specific..Not to mention that they arent titled unless you mouse over them..I must say, while it is in-depth, it adds far too much confuision..I wish it were a bit more simplified, or that ribbons and medals didnt go hand in hand...While i enjoy unlocking things (its what keeps players coming back for the most part) i am overly frusterated trying to find a specific ribbon to read requirements then goin to medals to see what i have complete..I like the old "War Journal" much better tbh...This is just so confusuing to me :(

Some minor remedies i think:
-If they had a cleaner list, where each were titled without having to scroll over them..
-Each listed exactly which modes (vs,horde,campaign,beast) they were unlockable/achievable from.So i didnt have to goto websites/forums to find out..
-For the medals that require ribbons, have them open a small popup window that lists which, and how many of which when you scroll over the medal( to keep from having to flip flop from pages of ribbons, than back to medals)...This would also help for achievments that list multiple ribbons/medals you need to unlock, requiring you to then flip to those tabs and locate/read each to find out the requirements...
-Just less, period...Sometimes im trying to look for a specific weapons kill list, or something not in the ribbons/medals lists and just cant remember which of the 8 tabs it may be in..

Has anyone got Under The Radar yet? You cant get it in Horde right?

Yes, several times. You get it if you join a Quick Match near the end and don't do anything significant enough to earn a ribbon. I got it for getting 4 kills and no deaths (just short of killing spree).

No, you can't earn it in Horde, Horde has it's own one for getting no kills.

I feel ya, it's a wee bit messy imo.

One major change that would really help would be if you could browse your medals/ribbons from within the game (backarrow/options maybe?) so if you're playing you don't have to back out all the way to the menues and then start new game to get back in again.

I actually got Under The Radar during the One Shot matchmaking because snipers didnt really lead to any signifigant ribbons.

Thanks I was just wondering cause I'm trying to max out the levels of all the different kinds of fortifications. Unfortunately, people always try to steal my silverback after I have already built it. But oh well I guess I'll just play private solo horde to level it up.

I received the Loot Courtesan Onyx medal. However, it says to Next Level 3/100. Is there another level beyond the Onyx medal???

No there is no level beyond Onyx.

Once you have reached Onyx, the counter resets and you can get the medals again. It doesn't go beyond Onyx, however.
