Possibly both. There's a mansion of some sorts;I'll have to check on that. I'm positive about the academy, cuz I think it was one of the first interior shots that they showed with the Unreal Engine.

It was told that Marcus was put in jail for treason but the honest truth is that he was very much alike his dad and was put in jail for looking into other peoples houses and leaving his dna behind the windows - That's actually how they tracked him down.
