Well... Boss of Epic has been talking a bit lately about in the future it might be focusing on mobiles if consoles die out... and also Microsoft on about a windows eco-system across all devices... well I was wondering as mobile phones become more powerful than an xbox 360... and the fact you can easily attach a controller of some sort through a mini usb port. Could we perhaps begin to see Gears of war 1,2 or 3 on mobiles now or in a couple of years to come? I don't see why not... especially as 4G systems are in place in some parts of the U.S and are being installed here in the U.K this year and next so connection wouldn't exactly be 'problematic'. Maybe this is why Microsoft aren't making a Xbox gameboy or something. Because phones are advancing so quickly nowadays. What do you think? I wanna play Gears on the go!

Edit: I know memory might be a problem... but with 4G and unlimited data usage.. could take a onlive approach to playing gears in the cloud? xD!

Microsoft made the Operating system.. phones like HTC and LG make the phones for the OS to go on.... -.-

Consoles would never die-out but after hearing some of Cliffy's thoughts about Facebook games, etc., I am pretty sure we will get a Gears app at some point in the future.

Some way that we can interact with the Gears universe even when we aren't on our Xboxes.
