I am not really bothered about K/D however I would like you to have an overall 1.0+ ratio, also W/L ratio doesn't matter to me. However if you moan and groan after EVERY death you are not welcome as I find that very frustrating having to listen to that

What the clan will play:
I personally like all game modes, but I prefer playing Execution, Warzone and Teamdeath match. I do play ranked if we have a party of 5, if not I tend to play quick match.

Seeking new recruits for my clan "Children of the Deadlands". So far its only 4 members consisting of myself, a close friend of mine and two mutual friends. We dont claim to be the best, but I hope that some day we can gain recognition. Yeah my goal is pretty ambitious, but Im willing to try. Requirements:

- Must be semi-compitent (I dont care if you're not that good heck Im no god at Gears either, I'm average at best. Failiure is the first step to success)
- Must play as Savage Locust (Hence our name)
- Must have Desert/Desert digital camo for all weapons
- Speak understandable english

- Good sportsmanship.

If you dont have any of the desert skins then dont worry about it though It would be preferable if you try to get these skins at some point. Changing names is not required, but if you really want to then go ahead. Use any weapon you'd like. We usually play private matches; typically King of the Hill, Warzone and TDM as warm-ups before we go online. We also use private matches to help newer members get better. We play for fun since we're small, but I hope to begin orienting the clan to play more competitivly once we get more members. I thought I would stop by and plug our site for anyone that is looking for people to game with. We are Dad’s Hideout, which is a forum dedicated to Dads only where we discuss gaming, news, family, and generally just try to have a good time and meet new, like-minded people to game with. We have a forum section dedicated just to Gears and have a couple game nights a week. We have Hump Day Horde on Wednesdays where we usually put a run on waves 1-50 on insane (crazy xp!!!) or just run some public matches and Gearz and Beerz on Friday nights. During Gearz and Beerz we play private games and if you are getting executed you must drink through the duration of the execution. It’s an awesome time! :D (btw drinking isn’t mandatory, but I’ll be your designated drinker :p) We play randomly throughout the week on Gears or something else so we’re usually around. We are running a little short on Gears players sadly but have tons active people on the site daily. I would love to flood the site with crazy Gears Heads. ;)

We aren’t the best of players…just average and don’t take it seriously so we can incorporate new or older players no problem. We don’t worry about the uber competitiveness of the game, we aim to just have fun. Only thing that seems to drag the nights down is if someone is taking it too seriously and complaining about lag or sawed-offs/retros and it gets tiresome… So if you’re a Dad and looking to meet some like-minded Gears heads please stop by the site and introduce yourself (www.dadshideout.com). We also have experience in Clan gaming with a few of the lads being part of the successful Team360UK clan who went 22-1 in the Xleague.tv Gears of War tournament and also won the X360 magazine Rainbow Six: Vegas tournament.

You don't have to be the greatest player in the world, and we don't care about KD ratio's. You just have to be able to communicate and play as a team.
