the shadow have some issue with shadow
how can i fix that?

In maya, with the geometry selected:

Normals - Unlock Normals

Then

Normals - Harden Edge

Then export using that setting again.

Make sure to merge all vertices and have no overlapping faces.

I looked at your file. Your mesh is missing lightmass UV. All mesh needs second UV channel with all uv shells laid out in 0-1 uv space with no overlaps.
