While bored i build a game where you control a ball, to keep my mind off current duties.

This game is simple and contains many useful classes. lets think of this as a

BallGame StarterPack

It has some puzzle elements and you can see some of that on my YouTube Channel. They are outdated.

Thanks Snake. If it wasn't for your mouse interface Gems I wouldn't have been able to do the; Shooting Projectiles where you point thing hehe.

I've been studying this a lot because its easy to approach but I guess as a beginner I'm still having trouble groking it entirely. Been bouncing between this and Whizzle trying to follow whats going on... a walkthrough would be awesome, I got so excited when I went to your youtube page but didn't see anything. I know a tutorial istime consuming... but there's definitely interest if you ever got bored :D

You seem to extend from a lot of UDK stuff where I see Whizzle extends from UTGame stuff. Ahhh. I guess with UDK changing all the time people are bound to do it differently. Anyways, thanks for this anyways... going to continue to bang my head against it =x

I'm usually far to busy for support, however, what problems are you having? What don't you understand.

Hah thanks for the quick reply. I think I'm going to continue trying to immerse myself before I start pinpointing what I don't get because to be honest I'm not sure where my problems begin and end. When I get a better understanding and can separate the trees from the forest I'll think about bothering you. :D

Thanks!

PS. In the original post you mentioned more documentation... is that still in the cards?

I downloaded the .rar, but it is saying it is corrupt. TheAgent - can you check this?

Thanks

Try this link.

Remember this only works with Jun 2011, any other problems you get if you use an updated version of UDK, I can't help you with.

Yeah it looks like it won't work for the latest version, and they no longer have a link to the Jun 2011 UDK. It compiles to error. Thank you for linking it anyway, perhaps I will have time to go through it later.

I've actually been a huge fan of your UDK videos on YouTube for a while. I had been working on Pinball and Slot Machine games in XNA before moving over, so it was nice to see UDK used in an alternative way.

Thanks again.
