The below graphic shows a comparison with the CS5 player and FxMediaPlayer rendering the same swf.

The console window displays the following error:
Error: Jpeg System is not installed - can't load jpeg image data

Ok, it looks like the assets supplied by Scaleform are in the wrong format:
Issue: When testing a Swf movie with the Fx Media Player you see "Error: Jpeg System is not installed - can't load jpeg image data".
Fix: Make sure that the image is using LOSSLESS/PNG compression. Check image properties in the IDE's library.

Anyone else getting this error?

Its not mentioned in the videos, but when importing to stage under the section titled "Publish Setting", ensure you have set the compression to "Lossless". The default is lossy and will fail to work.

It is mentioned in numerous places, but yes, you need to use Lossless

The art assets shipped with the CLIK tutorial file are all PSDs. The ones in the CLIK_tutorial_skinned.FLA file are all set to lossless compression, and were imported into Flash as PNGs.
So the error is not with the Scaleform assets, but with the way you are doing it.
Please read through all of the UDN initial setup stuff on Scaleform and/or watch the tutorial videos. All of these problems you are having have been covered in detail already in those items, as well as on the forum.
