Online Pass Not working

Has anyone else had this problem? I bought Bulletstorm the epic edition and tried to enter my online pass for the maps, leash color and the gears beta. It says my code is not valid. Anyone have any ideas what I can do? Is there any way I can get a working code? Thanks! :confused:

yeah this same thing happened to me as well, and I dont wanna buy another code when I paid 60 for the game. I also bet trying to contact support does nothing.

I wish I could say my online pass wasn't working.... I just didn't get one instead it came with an insert saying preorder bulletstorm now it comes out feb 22nd... wtf

Hey guys, my boyfriend had this problem. He entered his code a couple weeks ago and then it just stopped working, the game prompted him to reenter his (now invalid) code and he didn't have the unlockables. Just go through the dashboard and to your download history and redownload the Epic Edition. This should fix your problems :) (He's now no longer freaking out. Woo)

Im from Brazil and i bought the game on a oficial store, but i've not got any pass, i call the Xbox support, and they told me to call the store... I'm already seeing what is goin to happen... Nothing, no pass, no GoW3 Beta and stuff... :(
