It is like you haven't quote made it, but it gives you the level anyway.

So in reality you are lvl 59 and 90% of the way, but the game says you are lvl 60 and then has a bar needed to be filled before you truly reach 60.

Yeah, this is happening to me as well. I wonder if this an issue for all 360 users or just some. Either way I hope EPIC/PCF can patch it, though I haven't seen anybody say anything about doing that.

What I see is a white bar that covers the left side of the level progession bar. When I reach about 60% to the next level I level up.

It's like for everyone right? At least on the 360 it seems to be, me and a few friends always have this problem.

It just means you get to the levels a bit quicker than you would otherwise
