1.Are there any Advanced terrain tutorials here that can help me to get better with terrain editing?

2.How can i ajust the spawn times for Armor/Vehicles?
since i can't find it in the properties window.
do i need to do that trough kismet?

As for weapon spawn times, it's scripted into the pickup, so either you have to make a mutator for them. Or fake it with kismet

Fake it in kismet - lol

level startup>toggle off>object [pickup you want]
then toggle it on when u want using maybe a delay
definately kismet.
