Un-killable glitch?

Just completed Bulletstorm and when you first encounter the burnouts or whatever, my game glitches and I became permanently un-killable. I could stand in front of as much enemies as I want, they'd shoot and I'd just stand there and not die. This happened for pretty much the rest of the game and when I finished the game, the loading screen giving me tips and whatnot appeared during the final cut scene and then the game loaded back to a frozen screen to the part where you're running into the Ulysses and I had to restart my Xbox. Patch please?
