The point here is that they do not want anybody in that region to play game, I would obey their decision and get it in another way. You should not support steam when they screw you and your region, sadly this is only one way to send message to those who decide about such exclusions. I live in Iceland, distributors from America think we belong to Europe, those in Europe think its America ones business, result is that many games are not sold over internet here. Regions for internet distribution are moronic, do not support such stuff.
