anarchy team points

OK so trying to figure this out, when playing anarchy and it just 2 of us my friends and I can just whale the neccesary score, our scores at the end of each wave are typically dead even with each other as we will kill almost every thing as a "double" team skillshots, however when we add a 3rd player and try to "triple" team skillshots, one of several things happens- occasionally the last 2 guys to touch the enemy get the points or more often than not the guy dies with us ending up with only 10 points, the bosses do seem to be an exception though as we all tend to at least get 300 points for bossed- so what I am very long windedly asking is first with the team skillshots when it is 2 people do you have to attack the enemy in the pattern of me and then my friend or should the attacks be at the same time? as in 1 then 2 or 1 and 1 and when adding a 3rd player is it 1,2,3 or again 1,1,1 ? or can you not get a triple team?

From what I've understood, it's only the people that actively added to the skill shot that gets points on normal kills, "juggling" doesn't count. Let's take a simple Bullet Kick, only the person doing the last kick and the person putting the last bullet in the body gets points. This is also why you will often get sorta screwed when more people try to engage, as they usually screw up the skill shot by trying to add steps.
