The rain should fall down a lot faster.

Great work, I especially love the choice to use the cinema 1:2.4 aspect ration for the image, makes it much more dramatic.
Also great work on gettign animated people in there, as its something I've been looking at and experimenting with (see my thread in WIP section). However, I think you should lose the static ones as these seem odd next to moving ones. And in general the scene looks very 'zombie' like with regards to the peoples movements, reminds me of the Resident Evil games...
Having said this, I understand how hard it is to animate the people!

you made some really... interesting choices in color and contrasting. I'm not saying it looks bad, but it's nothing that I would have done on purpose. Overall it looks very good, though.

thank you all for comments, now I'm an architecture student
I realize that the recent changes in the UDK is very useful
Epic development team is great
However, one thing is quite time consuming ... made the road system is still quite slow, the intersecting roads, bridges, and generate traffic is not attractive
This slow process of project-related subject design planning ... hope to soon have this feature

sorry for the inconvenience, I would soon learn English

Although everything looks pretty good, I believe in architecture demo, the architecture should be the main actor. Here it seems its more focused on people and rain.

Not quite sure what you meant by road system... Water is falling at roughly 1/3 of believable speed. 9.8 m/s/s Your puddles look more like pools of leaked oil than water. They are way too dark and thick. Other than that the scene is very good.
