hi my name is Justin, i recently acquired your game. I was played online for some time and got my character to lvl 21, i shut down my ps3 after my last game. I turned my ps3 on the following day logged onto Bulletstorm and my character was lvl 5. i was very upset, and still am...i have managed to get my character to lvl 17. Im upset to think of what my level would be if they hadnt disappeared. please look into this issue. My PSN account name is RadioMonst3r

this is the answer from ea customer service, I have the same problems. And it happens every time.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us about your incident.

Unfortunately, support staff can not alter or modify stats, ranks, kits and badges for the game. The collection of this data is very complex, and as you can imagine with the popularity of game an immense undertaking. There is simply no possible way we can adjust every players score, though we would love to.

Please be aware that at times the servers which collect stats from the Officially Ranked Servers may get back logged or suffer an unexpected short outage. This means your progress may take several hours (possibly even a day or more) to fully update and be displayed in your page. Stats for some rounds, could even be lost if they were to be collected while these servers were offline temporarily. Though EA/DICE has tried to reduce the possibility of these issues and create systems and redundancy for data loss, the dynamic environment of both the Internet and Massively Multiplayer games of this type can create unforeseen or even unfixable issues. As well, while playing on any unranked servers your progress will not advance, though we do not want to discourage players from visiting unranked servers as these can be a source of great enjoyment as well.

However, I would like to inform you, that I am forwarding your issue to there concerned department. I would also request you to report this at the official forums, so that the game developers can take a note of it and investigate this further.

Hey Rakllen, you say this happens to you every time, but nobody else has that problem.

So I am wondering, maybe you are doing what is necessary to come across the bug every time? How many profiles do you normally have signed into controllers when you run the game, I wonder if maybe you need a certain amount of controller signed in to get it.

How do you quit the game every time... by ejecting the disk? maybe you can help others who get this bug by figuring out what you do -- you're special, lol.

I have not seen this myself tho

Read the forum Rak isn't the only one with this issue it happened to me twice when I could actually play as a single player. I have seen many others complaining about this I even dubbed it the reset bug myself. I thought they fixed it though now not sure keep us informed Rak as some of us have been completely kept out of anarchy now for some reason. Maybe they don't like us complaining about a broken feature but any other company would fix this in a patch within 2 weeks.
