Any way to fix the Stuttering problem?

Earlier today I had gotten this game, and even though I enjoy this game alot it does stutter quite a bit. I've had this same problem with PC Gears of War. Is there any way to fix this stuttering or any kind of work around?

I've heard that disabling aa fixes it for some people but I haven't noticed anything different when I've done it. Anarchy gives me a smoother frame rate though.

Yeah, great suggestion. :/ My Gaming PC is fine and up to date.

As it turns out, I edited one of the .ini files (with a help from an .exe that allowed me to read the encryption) to load in more cache. The stuttering is gone and it's thankfully smooth.

What exactly did you do? I would like to see if it would help my fps out at all.

So, got the game today. Seems to stutter quite a bit here and there when it loads textures or something (even the intro video pauses for a while).

Otherwise the fps is where it should be, over about gazillion :)

Tried searching the forums for solution but all I got was some shady .ini-editors. Are there any official fixes for this or did I miss something?

Disabling backgroundlevelstreaming in the ini file helped out quite a bit for me.

only problem i have is after a while it seems to lag a bit, although i thought that was part fo what the ini i downloaded was supposed to fix
