Unlocking Charge Shots

Does anyone know what it takes to unlock the charge shot capability for each weapon? I know you have to purchase it at a drop kit but I'm on Act 5 of the campaign and don't have the option to buy the charge shot for the shotgun or flail gun. I have it for the sniper and bouncer which come later. Do I need to get all of the basic SkillShots for the weapon? I don't think I did for the other ones. Maybe it's a bug? Anyone else run into this?

Yes i am on act 3 and i to have the same prob.

Maybe we're not supposed to get them yet. I had to stop playing and write a paper. When I'm done I plan to get back on. I'll post here if I make any progress.

You unlock the charge shots throughout the campaign.

I didnt unlock the shotguns charge till either act 6 or really late act 5
