I just got the game put it in it will start then Black screen on the PS3 copy of the game can't play it what should I do

Don't worry you have a few options to still use the game. Option 1 play some hardcore frisbee for some real life anarchy mode. Option 2 give it to your wife or mother as a coaster not very fun in this mode. Option 3 tie a string to it and use it as a yo-yo. Option 4 stick in microwave for 30 seconds and turn it into a puzzle game and see if you can fix all the cracks to save it. Ok I will stop being sarcastic now take it back to the store and have it exchanged just better hope it isn't an issue with your PS3 though. Does it play other games?

PS don't stick in microwave inside of your house heard it can cause toxic fumes never actually done this myself just seen youtube videos about it.

Hmm sounds similar to what I have been seeing:

PROLOG - Game froze to a black screen, XMB was still responsive but nothing in game had to reboot PS3.
ANARCHY - Game loaded and took about 5 minutes to load one other player, eventually kicked in (Could hear audio from MIC but the screen didn't advance for 5 minutes)
CAMPAIGN - First Level game froze to black screen, XMB was still responsive but nothing in game had to reboot

So all in all, 35 minutes of gameplay became 15. I'm sure they will figure it out, just make sure to report it to the support link at EA.
