Hello all, I am not so sure I will love this game. I tried the demo, I love the graphics, the sound effects, the weapons and everything but it seems to be lacking substance. Anyways, does this game have co-op story mode? Because, if I can play two player throughout the story then that will make this game a much easier buy.

I suspect that there isn't a Co-op Campaign mode, as the story is written around you playing as Gray, with the rest of the squad playing scripted parts.
Still, I hope I'm wrong.

I hope you're wrong too. Halo is in a similar situation but they still gave you a random Spartan to play as in co-op. I wish they would've done something like this with BS because this game seems like I was made for co-op. I'm hoping if they do a sequel they'll not only have co-op but have double team killshots.
yesss co-op story would make the game MUCH more enjoyable!

(In fact, in the cinematic sequences, I also spotted slightly altered versions of Anya, Minh, Tai, and Hoffman. It's a bit disappointing to see Epic essentially reusing character faces from Gears for this game rather than something wholly original. Or at least, if they are wholly original creations, they sure ended up looking a lot like the characters they made for Gears.)

No it is not co-operative as far as the story campaign mode is concerned.
Fortunately I keep all my Game Informer magazines. Last night I checked the May 2010 issue when they "officially" revealed Bulletstorm. The article stated that they did not want to add co-op to the campaign, the storyline doesn't really support it and they want to give players an opportunity to fully maximize their skill points, where they wouldn't be able to in a co-op story mode. (I'm paraphrasing but the words were something to that effect).
I'm at work, but when I go home tonight, I'll post their official comment on it.

Sorry it took me so long, as soon as I got home I spent several hours playing the demo :D
As is the case with most early looks at games, People Can Fly and Epic games are pleading the fifth on competitive Multiplayer. But they are flat out shooting down co-op, which seemed like a given since Ishi or the mystery woman is always at your side.
"You already know we are going to have an online component of the game, which I think is going to kick ass, but we are just not ready to reveal that yet," says Adrian Chmielarz, creative director/co-founder of People Can Fly and lead designer of Bulletstorm.
"But in single-player you don't want anybody stealing your skill shots and getting in the way. Also, we wouldn't be able to do any co-op action without sacrificing some of the story elements. For example, if this were a co-op game, then you'd be sitting in the stomach of a monster for half an hour. 'Faster faster, please! I have to press B all the time in order not to be digested!"

No offline co-op because people would get in your way?
Isn't that why some people would switch to single-player.
Just give us the option, hear us out instead of just deciding what's good for us.

@iFlak I just saw your post about not posting rumors about Bulletstorm. May I suggest you to release new info (cont) http://tl.gd/8hpdi1

@KillerStefan I'll release new info when I have it! Thanks :)
The game went gold, they had some vodka at their party and they weren't planning on telling us this?
I'm so glad I didn't pre-order it yet, but I really hope they will deny this and show us some split-screen co-op.

I whole heartily agree. The question isn't weather or not the game is prettier on full screen or single player elements don't work in co-op its now that this game isn't co-op me an my girlfriend have to either get another x-box another copy of the game and another tv or just play it at different times. This sucks and I hate when games don't include these options I hope developers read this post because I want them to know how much the lack of these features in there game brings it down for me.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
