they usually get released around 9 am EST. But it can depend. I would say try around 9 and if it's not up, check back every hour or two.

no it doesn't,

from what i've seen and hear,
there is co-op for 4 online,
and competitive in form of high scores on leaderboard

Just played the demo, it includes the collapsed building level and it is AWSOME!!!

Watched demo on Justin tv. Saw Flak had played (guess thats a given). Game looks awesome , can't wait.
